Covid 19 Policy

We want you to be able to continue to buy your favourites & to try on our new styles in the comfort and safety of your own home. So we have made some adjustments to how we work so we can continue to serve you safely whilst the Coronovirus crisis is ongoing.  

- Our Call Centre are working from home, so please be patient when calling as it may take a little longer to answer. 

- You can email queries in to Miranda@daxbourne.com. Again, please be patient as it might take longer to respond.

- We are extending our returns policy to 28 days. 

- Any deliveries will come to your front door, however the delivery person will either leave it on your doorstep or in your safe space so you do not need to have contact with them. 

- We have a new system that emails you when your delivery is due. Once you have the email notification, you can update the delivery time or safe space to leave your item. 

Warehouse & Supply

Our UK based warehouse is functioning as usual, however due to current circumstances there may be some disruption to supply. We will aim to fulfil your order as quickly as possible.

Our own brands Natural Image, Inspired & Hothair continue to have good stock available from our UK warehouse. 

Paula Young, Especially Yours & Jaclyn Smith brands: have come from our supplier in the USA. As usual this takes around 14 working days. Occasionally there is some delay due to carriers availability. 

Raquel Welch, Gabor, Hairdo & Him Brands: We have some stock of best selling styles at our UK warehouse. However as we also bring in weekly deliveries from our Kansas based US supplier, there may be some delay with some styles. We will do our best to update you should your style be delayed. 

Our other suppliers are working as usual. 

Please place your order as usual & we will aim to fulfil it as soon as we are able.
