NHS Prescription Service:

If you have a prescription for a wig from the NHS, we can provide you with one, even if you can't get to one of our salons. 

Please follow these steps:

1) Browse our site & choose the style you would like. 

2) Have your prescription to hand. 

3) Call our Customer Service Line on 0207 403 4422 9am- 5pm Monday - Friday 

4) Our customer services can help you choose a style if you are uncertain. 

5) Once you have chosen the style, you will need to Email or Scan the prescription to us. (You can photograph the prescription and send via email)

6) We will then call you back to finalise the prescription order and to allow you to pay for any extra bits such as care kits you might want as well as the prescription. 

7) Should you wish to purchase further wigs from us that are not on your prescription, you will be eligible for VAT relief. You will need to fill out a VAT relief form in order to receive a refund on the VAT:   (Click Here for the VAT form)
